The pack comes with a wad of balloon glue and a tube. For safety reasons, it is recommended that only one person plays while others observe. 

 

After taking out the balloon glue, with a cutter or any sharp object make a small incision at the container. Methodically squeeze from the bottom up to extrude the balloon glue; with the small hole, patience and strength is needed. 

 

The more balloon glue used, the larger and more attractive the bubble. To extrude the balloon glue completely, the malleable tube-shaped container can be folded and pressed. It may possibly rupture, but this would not affect the integrity of the bubble, and may even be considered a new point of incision. 

 

Attach the balloon glue to the end of the tube. Note that a smoother and more spherical shape helps form a better shape, so make sure that you spend some effort on molding. 

 

Give it a big blow – here comes a transparent bubble!

 

Yet if there was too much force, the bubble may rupture. Quickly nip it in the bud (literally) at the point of the leak, but this may cascade into further bursts, and leave traces of patching. 

 

In this tug-of-war of leaking and nipping, more and more patches appear. The balloon gum grows fragile, and shrinks in size. 

 

The blowing shrinks the balloon gum while the nipping ruptures it. Can a bubble even be formed? It becomes a mere plastic waste. Well, with experience, better bubbles can be blown – there are so many packs anyway, so just pick up and blow (up) a new one. 

 

But to the balloon gum, its life lives merely once. 

 

Calamity isn’t calm, but violent. What seems to be a patch up can mean a brutal end. May all the blotches be a record.
